Professor Randy Pausch has terminal pancreatic cancer. This is an amazing speech. I think it’s a must watch. His outlook on his situation is incredible. He’ll inspire you!

One of my favorite parts of the full lecture is when his childhood football coach was riding him really hard, telling him all the stuff he was doing wrong. An assistant coach came was talking to Randy after practice and commented on how hard the coach was pushing him. The assistant coach said, “Coach Graham rode you pretty hard didn’t he? That’s a good thing because when your screwing up and nobody is saying anything to you anymore that means they gave up.” When you are messing up in life and no one bothers to criticize you that’s really bad. Your critics are the ones telling you that they still love you and care.
