The big boss/owner told my husband he’d be getting a bonus sometime last week, well we’re still waiting.  The owner has actually been hiding out of town.  Rumor has it that the company has been sold.  I’m really counting on that money to pay off my husbands truck but I guess I won’t be holding my breath waiting for it to show up.

We got a statement from my husbands big 401K and we’re down $25,000+ for the quarter.  I swear, I shouldn’t even look at those statements.  With the pricey gas that’s out there now a days you’d think we’d be up since we have half of the holdings in a major US oil company.  I know the 401K investments are like a ride that have ups and downs.  It just is painful when I see a loss like that.  It makes me think about all I could have done with the money.  Oh well.

My oldest daughter’s prom was on Saturday.  She looked gorgeous and I’m not just saying that because I’m her mom.  :-D  I could feel an after party coming on so I sent her a text towards the end of prom telling her to come home after the prom or she’d be grounded until AFTER graduation.  It worked like a champ and she came strolling in the house at just after midnight.   I made it through her last high school.  My little girl is grown up.

I’m still working on my other sites.  It’s taking me sooooo long.
