		<description>I would think your husband&#039;s employer would HAVE to pay him the federal rate for mileage reimbursement for using his own vehicle for business purposes.  Right now the rate is $0.505 cents a mile!

		<description>You&#039;re in a difficult situation.  I think that it was unfair for your husband&#039;s job to cut off his credit cards before he was able to get his truck repaired.  At least his company paid for gas.  My husband works at a job now where they ask him to make 1-2 20 mile trips a week, without compensating him for gas or wear on his vehicle.  Shouldn&#039;t they give him compensation for this?</description>
