I’m still paying off credit card debt. I made all my credit card payments for the month of June. I went a little crazy and paid over $1,400 on my credit card balances! Last month ended with my credit card balance at $35,973 and this month I’m down to $34,522! Thank you Google and ebay for the extra money I made on my niche blogs!
I’m so close to being back into the $20K’s that I’m getting excited again. It’s great to see how far I’ve come and let me tell you owing $34,522 feels a whole lot better than owing $45,000! I can’t wait to feel what’s it’s like to being back in the $20,000+ range.
I’m getting back into writing mode and backlink building mode. I’ve been working on my other websites in hopes of making even more money online to pay off credit cards. I plan on scheduling a bunch of posts for my niche blogs and then moving on to develop some of the other great domains I have waiting to be developed.
I need to pipe in that I made $34 with my eHow articles. This is $10 less than I made with eHow in April but I”m still happy. I’m not sure if I’ve mentioned eHow before on this blog before? Ehow is a great way to earn a little extra money writing keyword targeted articles. I’m hoping to add another 10+ articles in June to eHow and bump my earnings up even more. My goal with eHow is to eventually have a couple hundred “How To” articles with them and earn at least $100 in passive income every month.
EHow is free to write for and you don’t need any HTML or special skills. You can write about anything you know how to do. Just sign up and start writing and you will soon be earning money! Before writing your first article I recommend reading this free eHow guide. You could spend money on other eHow guides but this one pretty much covers all you need to know to make money on eHow.
I have a confession to make! I made a shameless splurge last week. I’ve been wanting a Coach bag for over 5 years and I finally broke down and paid cash for a Coach bag. It’s my 14 year wedding anniversary gift to myself. LOL Don’t worry I’m not going into a spending free for all and definitely won’t be racking up any charges on my credit cards! My other purse was at least 2 years old and it was time for a change and I was in desperate need of a little splurge after all the scrimping and saving I’ve done over the past year.

Good luck w/ your credit card debt! Don’t worry about that coach bag, it could have been a much more damaging purchase. When I first started my plan to get out of debt I went out the first weekend and “binged” on Bobbi Brown cosmetics at a price I won’t dare admit. The important thing is that you recognize that you have gone off track a bit.

I am so proud of you!!!! You are doing great!!!!!!
Awesome job! You are doing so great at getting that debt paid of! I used nomoredebts.org to help me get out of debt, they worked with me the whole time for FREE, helped me get my bills down to one payment per month, and showed me how to budget.
Thanks everyone!
